Compasses go wrong indoors. Mihrab doesn't depend on one: hold your phone flat against any wall for a second, and it works out which way that wall faces from your building's outline on the map. How it works كيف يعمل

  1. Press your phone against a wall ضع هاتفك على الجدار

    Hold the back of your phone flat on any wall for about a second. The gyroscope records which way it faces, with no magnets involved. ألصق ظهر هاتفك بأي جدار نحو ثانية، فيسجّل الجيروسكوب اتجاهه دون أي اعتماد على المغناطيس.

  2. Mihrab finds your building يجد مِحراب مبناك

    Building outlines on OpenStreetMap give the exact direction of your walls, usually to within a degree. مخططات المباني على OpenStreetMap تعطي اتجاه جدرانك بدقة تصل غالبًا إلى درجة واحدة.

  3. Face the Qibla توجّه إلى القبلة

    You get a simple instruction for the room: which wall to face and how far to turn. It's saved, so next time you just open it. تحصل على تعليمات بسيطة للغرفة: أي جدار تواجه وكم تستدير. وتُحفظ، فتفتحها في المرة القادمة مباشرة.

No account, no ads, no tracking. Your location is used to find the Qibla and is sent only to OpenStreetMap to look up the buildings around you.
